Gregg Troyanowski
President, Chief Operating Office

Troyanowski has engineered a number of business success stories. He is a seasoned veteran and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience. Troyanowski founded GAT Marketing, Inc. in 1981, GAT Travel Services in 1988, and BreakTime Communications in 1996. In 1999, Troyanowski sold his companies to ByeByeNow.com, a startup Internet Travel Franchise organization that achieved over $450 Million in annual sales. He joined the company as the VP of Web Development. Troyanowski was responsible for designing the company's award winning website and multi-media content delivery software, ProImageBank. Troyanowski is one of the co-founders of Promero which began operations in 2001. Troyanowski holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Roman Schepis
Chief Technology Officer

Roman Schepis has more than ten years experience implementing technology solutions for multi-national companies. Most recently Roman was the Director of IT Project management for ByeByeNOW where he managed the development and implementation of an enterprise wide thin client browser based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which won Best Customer Relationship Portal Solution at COMDEX 2000. Previously he was a senior consultant at Amadeus where he played a crucial role in the integration of customized applications for clients including Wal-Mart, Interval International and World Travel BTI. Earlier in his career Roman held various sales related positions in the travel and transportation industry.

Marc D. Wolfson
National Sales Director

Mr. Wolfson has been in the business of building sales organization in both telecommunications and the business equipment field for the past twenty-five years. He began a fifteen-year career building sales organizations for the Copier/Fax divisions of Minolta Business Systems and Toshiba America. As Regional Director for Worldcom, Marc was responsible for directing the leading region in the United States in sales in excess of $200 million per year. Most recently Marc was appointed as Market Manager for the Wireless Division. He was responsible for opening the market for Worldcom Wireless in Florida in January 2000.

Mr. Wolfson created an organization from the ground up that was producing in excess of 50,000 cellular activations per month through both direct and indirect channels in less than a year's time.
